Service is the key to KIS Computer Centers success. Our relationships with our customers are of the uppermost importance both during pre-sale and post sale transactions.

We are looking for an individual who possess the highest customer service skills. An understanding of what our client's needs are is essential. Current CNE/CEE and MCSE certifications are a must. Knowledge and experience in Windows Networks Management are preferred.

You will lead a team made up of all technical operations and technicians. You will also work directly with customers to help them with their hardware, software, networking design and implementation, support and maintenance. In-house responsibilities include, our internal MIS department, backups and web development.

Compensation will be based on experience and education.
